What are your check-in times?

the room is secured from 2.00 p.m.

what if I arrive before 2:00 p.m.?

If the room is ready we will make it immediately available to you (at no extra charge) otherwise you may deposit your bags and take advantage of the hotel’s services.

What are your check-out times?

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. but during the day you may leave your bags at the left-luggage office until your departure.

Is there a Kids-Club at the hotel?

Yes, during the summer season and holidays the hotel provides an internal kids club open from 12 noon to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with qualified staff also available during meals. From 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. the kids club service continues at the beach.

What types of rooms does the hotel offer?

Our rooms may accommodate from 1 to 4 people with the following options: double room for single use, double room, triple and quadruple room with bunk beds. Smart, Standard, Family and Superior are our categories.

Who should I contact for beach umbrellas and sunbeds?

You may contact the lifeguard directly or book through the hotel at an additional cost of € 15.00.

Is it possible to buy discounted tickets for parks?

Discounted tickets are available at the reception desk for you to skip the queue at the counters.

What if I have special dietary needs?

It is important to specify them when booking. This will allow us to decide on the appropriate menu in cooperation with our kitchen staff.

What if after booking Full or Half Board I miss dinner or lunch, am I entitled to a discount?

For missed meals, you are not entitled to any kind of discount. However, they can be reclaimed by ordering a take-away basket.

What if I needed a doctor?

You can go to the doctor’s office, otherwise the doctor will come to the hotel and is available 24/7. Payment is made directly to the doctor.

What are your payment methods?

We accept cash up to the legal limit. Additionally you may pay by credit card and debit card.

What if I need an invoice?

You must notify at the time of booking and provide fiscal data. For deposits it is strictly required

Is there a night porter?

The hotel is monitored 24 hours a day.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, small and medium sized pets are welcome but at the restaurant and on the beach they are not allowed.

Is tourist tax required in Cattolica?

The tourist tax is applied in accordance with the regulations set out in art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 23/2011.
The Municipality of Cattolica, by means of Civil Code resolution no. 15 of 26/03/2012, has approved Tourist Tax implementation and enforcement.
The tax has been enforced since October 1st, 2013, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3, Law no. 212/2000; for 3 star hotels it amounts to euro 01.00 per day..

THOSE EXEMPT FROM PAYMENT ARE

  • minors up to the age of 14;
  • those who assist patients admitted into healthcare facilities located within the municipal territory, namely one carer per patient; from the day before hospitalization to the day after the patient’s discharge; The granting of this exemption is subject to the presentation, by the interested party, of a certificate to the manager of the accommodation facility, attesting to the personal details of the sick or hospitalized person and the duration of the healthcare services or hospitalization;
  • i degenti ricoverati presso strutture sanitarie del territorio comunale, per il giorno precedente ed il giorno successivo al ricovero; l’applicazione di tale esenzione è subordinata alla consegna, da parte degli interessati, al gestore della struttura ricettiva, di apposita autocertificazione attestante il periodo di riferimento delle prestazioni sanitarie o del ricovero;
  • the elderly, aged 65 and over, belonging to groups of at least 20 people, of public institutions or accredited labor organisations, who are staying in hotels classified as 1 – 2 – 3 stars, with the exception of the months of July and August; The granting of this exemption is subject to the presentation, by the interested party, of appropriate documentation to the manager of the accommodation facility and to the tax office, proving that the stay has been organised by public bodies or recognized trade unions;
  • groups organized by the AUSL (Local Health Authority), only for the period between the 15th of September and the 31st of May; the granting of this exemption is subject to the presentation, by the interested party, of a certificate to the manager of the accommodation facility, proving that the stay has been organised by the Local Health Authority.
  • individuals with 100% disability
  • Those caring for a subjects with 100% disability, who receive compensation through check by INPS (National social security service) and INAIL (National Institute for work-related injury insurance), on the basis of one carer per subject;
  • personnel belonging to the state, province or local armed forces or units, as well those belonging to the National Fire-brigade and Civil Protection Corps who are required to stay for service purposes;
  • every bus driver who travels for service-related purposes;
  • A tour operator every 24 participants, who provides assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies;
  • personnel employed by the hotel where they work;
  • Participants in sporting events organized by the City Council or sponsored by it provided they are organized by non-profit or Recreational Sport Associations, only for the period of time between the 15th of September and the 31st of May, the organization must present beforehand the list of those entitled both to the hotel and tax office.

We are at the pedestrian area of Viale Dante, 200 meters from the fountains

Is there a car park?

Yes, the hotel provides private and fenced parking about 1 km away. If you book a formula that includes parking, this will be guaranteed depending on availability as well as the Shuttle Service on arrival and departure.

How do I reach the centre?

Easily on foot.
