What are the time of check-in?

The room is guaranteed from 14.00

If you are arriving before 14:00?

If the room is ready to give you right away (no extra charge) or you can drop off your luggage and make use of all hotel facilities.

What are the check-out times?

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am but you can leave your luggage in our storage until your departure day.

The hotel has a Mini Club?

Yes, the hotel has a mini club open interior during the summer and holidays from 12.00 to 15.00 and from 18.00 to 22.00 with specialized personnel and the possibility of assisted meals. from 9 to 12 and from 15 to 18 continues the service club at our beach.

What types of rooms are in the hotel?

Our rooms can accommodate from 1 to 4 persons with the following options: double single use, double, triple and quadruple room with bunk beds. Smart, Standard, Family and Superior are our categories.

For sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach who should I contact?

I booked full board or half board and I can not have dinner or lunch, I get a discount?

For meals not, you are not entitled to any kind of discount. however, they can be recovered with a takeaway basket upon request..

If there are any special dietary needs?

It important that they be specified when booking. Later it will decide the appropriate menu with the kitchen staff.
